In November at the Capital Crossroads SID Annual Meeting, Fred Ferguson was awarded the 2011 Ambassador of the Year. Mr. Ferguson has worked for more than 20 years in the cleaning and janitorial area, and CCSID is very pleased to have him on board.

Ferguson joined Capital Crossroads through Ohio Support Service’s Utility Ambassador Program. As a Utility Ambassador, Ferguson was trained on every position in the Cleaning Program, the Safety Program and Ambassador Team Leaders, so he could be utilized for any position needed during day-to-day operations. He excelled at all aspects of the Utility position, but especially shone on the Safety Program. Though he had no previous security experience, he honed his skills quickly.

Since being named Ambassador of the Quarter earlier in the year, Ferguson was promoted to Second Shift Team Leader. In this and his previous positions he has demonstrated a keen eye for detail and quiet maturity that has earned him the respect of his colleagues.
