  2. 1. Elia Athenian Grill at 20 N. High St. has reopened after its Covid closure. Swing by to enjoy their fast-casual Mediterranean options, where you can create your own bowl, pita, or salad.
  3. The Cave Bar & Lounge at 122 E. Main St., an upscale cocktail bar and music venue held its grand opening on December 15. The new concept owned by Derek Amaya, a popular Columbus DJ, is being operated with Sidebar Columbus. They will operate full-service dining with South American-inspired small plates with a Spanish twist. 
  4. House Taco, another fast-casual spot, has opened on the ground floor of the Ohio Statehouse, in the space previously occupied by Milo’s Capitol Cafe. House Taco offers taco Tuesday every day or at least Monday through Friday. Dine-in is available from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., and pickup and delivery are available from 11 a.m. until 7 p.m.  
  5. Einstein Bros. Bagels at 41 S. High St. has now reopened for all your bagel deliciousness needs. 
  6. Aracri on Gay, formerly Cafe Napolitana, is slated to open at 51 E. Gay St. by the end of the year. You will still find delicious pizza, whole pies, or by the slice, plus pasta and calzones. Wash the goodness down with libations from the full bar. 
  7. MARVEL: Universe of Super-Heroes exhibition is now open at COSI. Come explore original artwork from the comics, props from the films, and costumes worn by your favorite superheroes.

Michelangelo: A Different View runs at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Union Station Ballroom December 22-January 23. Enjoy 45+ superb reproductions of Michelangelo’s work (officially licensed by the Vatican Museum), including the Sistine Chapel, the Creation of Adam, and more. Open Tuesday-Sunday, 10 a.m.-7 p.m. except for Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Martin Luther King Day. The cost is $17 for adults and $10 for children (children three and under are free).
  9. The Columbus Symphony returns with its 7th annual Russian Winter Festival. Russian Winter Festival I: Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring runs January 7-8, 7:30 p.m. at the Ohio Theatre.
