Warming Station Donations

Financial and in-kind donations are needed for the warming centers downtown being managed by the Coalition for the Homeless.

The warming centers, set up at the Trinity Episcopal Church, Broad Street United Methodist Church,  First Congregational Church, and the Columbus Metropolitan Main Library, allow people experiencing homelessness to get out of the cold, and access services. 

Donations are needed to assist individuals who visiting the warming centers. Needed items include:

  • socks
  • hats
  • gloves
  • coffee
  • to-go coffee cups
  • coffee filters
  • stir sticks/spoons
  • hand warmers

Donation items can be dropped off at the SID's office at 23 N. 4th Street.
