The Capital Crossroads and Discovery Special Improvement Districts held its 2022 Annual Meeting & Downtown Awards on Thursday, November 3, at 4 p.m.

Paul Levy, President and CEO of Philadelphia’s Center City District since its formation in 1991 was the keynote speaker. He addressed how central business districts, like Columbus, continue to be adaptive and resilient. He shared that downtowns aren’t just places to live, work, and shop; they are the best places for people and businesses to connect with each other. Levy also addressed the changing workforce and remote working as well as his experience on dealing with issues such as safety and crime.
