Wellness Wednesday: Mindfulness with Daron Larson

Unwind and destress during our Wellness Wednesday series at Topiary Park from 6 PM to 7 PM May-September.

Join us on the 1st Wednesday of each month for mindfulness sessions led by Daron Larson, learning practical methods to navigate life with more ease and less resistance.

On the 3rd Wednesday of the month, relax and stretch with a beginner-friendly yoga class from our friends at Raw Yoga 614.

On the 4th Wednesday of the month, enjoy free outdoor cardio sessions with Quality Wellness. This class is beginner friendly, focusing on total conditioning and functional training. Using mostly body weight and some resistance bands, this class is for all levels, all goals.
