Capital Crossroads SID Reauthorization 2026-2030
Every five years, property owners decide whether to renew the SID by going through a petition process to adopt a new plan for service. The Capital Crossroads SID Board of Trustees is presenting two plans for service options in response to a proposal by the City of Columbus and Experience Columbus to become “subsidiaries” of Downtown Columbus, Inc.
