The Capital Crossroads and Discovery Special Improvement Districts held its annual meeting virtually on November 19, 2020.

“Back in January of this year, we knew it was going to be a year of change and renewal, but we didn’t know it would be to this extent,” said Marc Conte, acting executive director of the SIDs.

“Downtown is coming together and working together in ways it never has before. People are sharing ideas, in addition to sweat and tears,” Conte said. “It’s promising to see how the property owners and businesses are supporting each other while still facing their own trials.”
