How long has your business been downtown?
We had our soft opening around the holidays last year, but really got started first of the year.

Why did you decide to locate to downtown? 
Downtown growth is phenomenal and we saw a need for affordable executive suites, co-working space, conference rooms, and day offices in the Huntington Center.  It is an affordable way to grow a practice and let us take care of the office. The Huntington is at the intersection of government and business.  It has unequalled amenities both in the building and in the immediate area.  It is the only building with indoor access to the State Capitol, Vern Riffe Center, and Rhodes Office Tower.

What’s your favorite downtown event?
The food truck festival and Shadowbox performances at the Commons.

One Line Coffee in the Huntington Center.

Name your favorite downtown lunch spot.
Zoup and Einstein Brothers in the Huntington Center and El Arepazo Latin Grill in Pearl Alley.

Do you have a place to go downtown to unwind?
Scioto Mile and the Commons - both a few minutes’ walk from Office Evolution.

Which do you prefer to use to get around downtown?
I can walk everywhere from Office Evolution but also use COTA and Uber.
