COLUMBUS CITY COUNCIL DOWNTOWN COMMUNITY MIXER
Wednesday, June 28th, 6-7:30 p.m.
Palmas Tropical Escape, 46 N. High St.
City Council members want to hear from YOU. Property owners and representatives, business owners and residents are invited to meet City Council members in an informal, conversational setting to ask questions, listen, learn, and exchange ideas.
Not sure what to talk about? City Council oversees all aspects of the city’s services and operations. Public Safety. Operating budget. New projects and initiatives. From potholes to streetlights being out, to support for small businesses, better transit options, and affordable housing – there are a range of topics.
What do you think is needed downtown? More trees and green spaces? Increased safety initiatives? Improved services for unhoused individuals, including warming centers? Big or small, come share your thoughts and learn more about how our city operates.
Below is a list of the council members and the committees they chair:
If you are interested, you can RSVP to Stanley Gates at segates@columbus.gov. We hope to see you there!
