Thanks to a generous donation from The Jeffrey Fund, Capital Crossroads SID installed new perennial flowers in the medians on Gay St. in June. The grant allowed the SID to install hardier perennial plants that will perform better in an urban area. These include hostas, day lilies, coneflowers and ornamental grasses.
