SIDs to present State of Downtown 2019 at CMC

Capital Crossroads and Discovery SIDs staff research and track downtown development. To keep the community informed of the findings, the SIDs will release its annual State of Downtown report at the Columbus Metropolitan Club (CMC) on February 26. The report is a comprehensive look at everything from major investments to retail and housing. Developers, business reporters, brokers, and the Central Ohio community attend to get the latest on downtown development.

Capital Crossroads and Discovery SIDs/ Deputy Director of Research, Planning and Facilities Marc Conte will unveil highlights of the report. This year’s panel will include Sandra K. Gudorf, President, Downtown Dayton Partnership, Joseph Marinucci, President and CEO, Downtown Cleveland Alliance, Cleve Ricksecker, president, SID Public Services Association, and opening remarks by Marc Conte, Deputy Director, Research Planning and Facilities, SID Public Services Association. It will be hosted by Alison Goebel, Executive Director, Greater Ohio Policy Center.
