SID ambassadors create meaningful experiences and a pleasant environment for those who live, work, and visit downtown Columbus. 

Managed by the Capital Crossroads Special Improvement District (SID), the ambassadors are working hard in preparation for your return with a good spring cleaning.

Cleaning activities include:

• Weed control
• Sweeping salt and gravel from gutters and curb lines
• Pressure washing alleyways, trash cans, sidewalks
• Cleaning wayfinding signs, and newspaper racks
• Painting bike racks
• Putting new gravel in the tree grates,
• Preparing the capital square planters, Gay Street, and Nationwide Boulevard medians for spring planting
• Tree trimming as needed.
