Capital Crossroads Special Improvement District supports the development of downtown Columbus as a clean, safe, and fun place to live, work, and play. We’re here to help from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday – Saturday and 9:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. Sunday.

Downtown C-Pass
Downtown C-pass provides eligible employees and residents in the Capital Crossroads Special Improvement District with unlimited access to the entire COTA bus system. C-pass is good any day, any time, on any route. And good news! Downtown C-pass extended through December 31, 2025.
Caring Connections
Caring Connections is our homeless outreach program. If you see someone experiencing homelessness or panhandling downtown, the best way to help is to call us at (614) 228-5718. Our homeless outreach specialists help connect people in need with shelter and other resources.
Pearl Market
Pearl Market has been serving the Downtown community since 1991, offering fresh locally grown Ohio produce to workers, residents, visitors, and everyone in between.
