This year’s annual meeting, a virtual event, will be at 4 pm on November 19, 2020. We welcome all the property owners, residents, community leaders, business leaders, and real estate brokers of downtown Columbus as we celebrate the Resilience of Columbus!

Capital Crossroads and Discovery Special Improvement Districts will recognize those who stood up and above during COVID and the protests, elect board members, and have a final vote on the SID reauthorization.

Brad Segal, Progressive Urban Management Associates, will be this year’s guest speaker. He will be discussing the top 10 global trends that affect North American downtowns and how to respond at home.

Downtown Champions: The SIDs are seeking Downtown Champions to recognize at this year's Annual Meeting. The SIDs want to recognize those individuals or organizations who acted selflessly amid these difficult times. Please submit your nomination to info@sidservices.com no later than October 7, 2020.
