Each day SID Ambassadors meet face to face with security and front desk personnel in downtown commercial and residential buildings.

Called PR checks, these interactions allow SID ambassadors to share information on our services. It also helps the SID gather information on potential problems and understand how we can assist in resolving those problems.

SID-tistic: In 2020, Capital Crossroads and Discovery SID ambassadors conducted around 1,180 PR checks.
